SEE ATTACHED SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS

This acquisition is for a tactical communication and hearing protection system. The requirement is for 3M PELTOR COMTAC VI headsets and attachments or a technically equivalent system from another manufacturer. The headsets must be capable of full integration with both currently used Motorola radios and future Harris radio systems.

IAW RFO 5.101(c)(2): Set asides are not applicable in Germany.
