El Paso Water (EPWater) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide state-level government relations and advocacy services. The services will support the Utility's legislative and regulatory priorities, including tracking and analyzing proposed legislation and advocating with the State Legislature, the Governor's Office, and key agencies such as TWDB, TCEQ, and TxDOT.
