The Winterset Airport Authority is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from consultants for airfield development projects at Winterset Municipal Airport anticipated over the next five Federal fiscal years 2026 to 2031. The projects include construction and lighting of Runway 18/36, taxiways, airfield lights, airport access roads, parking lots, new building areas, hangars, terminal building, and rehabilitation of pavements. Services may include preliminary and final design, bidding, construction observation, and special services such as geotechnical studies. The selection process is qualifications-based, and fee information will be negotiated as federal funds become available.
