Description

Sealed bids are invited for the construction of a New Community Center for the City of Tontitown, Arkansas. Bids will be received at the City of Tontitown office, 235 E. Henri DeTonti Boulevard, until 2:00 p.m. local time on May 26, 2026, and will be publicly opened and read aloud. The contract will be awarded based on a single lump sum, and bid security in the form of a Bid Bond equal to 5% of the bid amount is required. Performance and Payment Bonds equal to the contract sum will be required of the awarded bidder. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid.
