Description

This contract involves the destruction of prescription labels and containers containing confidential patient health information, including medication packets, plastic prescription bottles and vials, and ribbon. The service requires providing one large barrel with a lock and key at each of five correctional facilities for secure disposal. The vendor must complete an annual security clearance by the Orange County Sheriff Department.
