Description
The D.C. Lottery and Charitable Games Control Board requires a vendor to supply a computerized draw system including an Animation/Graphic system and Random Number Generator for daily mid-day and evening lottery drawings. The District will provide the Random Number Generator chip. The contractor is responsible for the creative design and development of the three existing DC Lottery games and must be capable of designing and developing computer-generated creative video and audio elements for any new games. All works created under this contract shall be owned by the District. The contract includes four one-year option periods, all of which have been exercised.
