Description

The County of Stearns is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to provide a modern, secure, and user-friendly Payment Portal solution. The selected vendor will deliver a comprehensive system that meets the County’s needs, aligns with government standards, and enhances the constituent payment experience. The purpose of this RFP is to acquire and implement a modern, secure, PCI-compliant payments platform that offers e-commerce-grade convenience, multiple payment options including digital wallets, and consolidates current payment processors to improve efficiency and transparency. The awarded vendor will also provide all required project management and implementation services.
