JIBC seeks a qualified food preparation and services company to operate cafeterias at its New Westminster and Maple Ridge campuses. The contract includes providing breakfast and lunch daily along with catering services as needed. The initial contract term is two years with up to two optional two-year renewals, totaling six years. Menu pricing will be negotiated annually and should not exceed the previous year's Canada Food Price Report. The contract is expected to commence on August 1, 2026.
