The City of Airdrie is soliciting proposals for Commissioning Agent Services for the Southwest Recreational Centre (Phase 1 - Aquatics). The selected agent will provide professional services throughout all project phases including pre-construction, construction, and warranty period. The agent is required to coordinate with other project consultants and engage necessary subject matter experts to complete commissioning in accordance with technical requirements. The agreement is expected to begin in July 2026 and conclude upon completion of Phase 1 including the warranty period, anticipated by July 2031.
