Description

The Financial Consumer Agency of Canada (FCAC) intends to procure technical training services to provide its employees with structured learning opportunities to develop, maintain, and enhance professional skills through digital and instructor-led training solutions. The scope includes providing a comprehensive E-Learning and training platform solution, including SaaS-based delivery, integration with Microsoft Entra ID, and a curriculum covering AI, business skills, cloud, cybersecurity, data science, endpoint applications, networking, project management, and software development. The solution also includes tools for skills assessments, hands-on labs, instructor-led training, certification support, administrative dashboards, reporting tools, and ongoing content maintenance in English and French. This procurement is issued under the framework of Supply Arrangement E60HZ 140001 and only qualified Supply Arrangement Holders are invited to submit proposals.
