Description

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC), MD, is soliciting sealed responses for a Basic Ordering Agreement to provide water and wastewater engineering services. The scope includes asset armoring, rehabilitation design, urgent collection and distribution system asset rehabilitation, inspections, assessments, evaluations, project management, monthly reporting, design services, engineering support, and emergency services. Proposals must be submitted via WSSC's eProcurement Portal by 2:00 pm on May 18, 2026, and include fully burdened hourly rates, technical and pricing proposals, and required forms.
