The Comprehensive Centers (CC) program aims to provide capacity-building services to state educational agencies (SEAs), regional educational agencies (REAs), local educational agencies (LEAs), and schools to improve educational opportunities and student outcomes, close achievement gaps, and enhance the quality of instruction for all students, especially those with the greatest need. The program offers cooperative agreements with an estimated total funding amount of $46,015,000 and expects to make 19 awards. Applicants include research organizations, institutions, agencies, institutions of higher education, partnerships among such entities, or individuals with demonstrated capacity. The application deadline is June 30, 2026, and no cost sharing or matching is required.
