Description

Clemson University Libraries is seeking a vendor to provide a single integrated solution to function as an Information Management System and Digital Collections Platform. The system will house and maintain archival descriptions and digital collections content. The contract will be awarded to the highest ranked, responsive, and responsible offeror and will include professional services for training, migration, and implementation. The initial contract term is three years with options to renew annually up to a maximum of five years. The vendor should be capable of implementing and training users within an 8-12 week timeframe, with virtual training and extensive support for migration.
