The Province of Saskatchewan, through its Ministry of Highways and Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement, is seeking bids for roadwork services on Highway No. 364. - Government Buyer: - Ministry of Highways and Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement, Province of Saskatchewan - Scope of Work: - Surface mixing and compaction over 8.3 km of Highway No. 364 (from 0.56 km east of Edenwold Access to 8.86 km east / km 19.2 to km 27.5) - Estimated 54,400 m² of surface mixing and compaction (Part No. 3050.01) - Supply and placement of 7,600 tonnes of granular base course (Part No. 3505.11) by contractor - Supply and placement of 245 tonnes of prime coat (Part No. 4000.05) by contractor - Traffic accommodation (Part No. 8400.01) and mobilization (Part No. 8700.01) as lump sum items - Requirements and Conditions: - All materials (granular base, prime coat) must be supplied by the contractor - Compliance with occupational health and safety, traffic accommodation plans, and environmental regulations - Contractor responsible for aggregate supply and haul road agreements - Liquidated damages of $1,000 per day and a $10,000 lump sum for delays - 5% bid deposit required - No specific OEMs or branded products are specified; all materials are to be contractor-supplied

This solicitation is for surface mixing and compaction work on Highway No. 364 from 0.56 km east of the Edenwold Access to 8.86 km east, covering a total distance of 8.30 km. The work includes estimated quantities of 54,400 m² of surface mixing and compaction, 7,600 tonnes of granular base course supplied by the contractor, and 245 tonnes of prime coat supplied by the contractor. The project completion date is September 1, 2026, and bidders must submit a 5% deposit of the total bid with their tender.
