Description
The City of Capitola is soliciting proposals for the design, financing, construction, operation, and maintenance of a restaurant and fishing concession marketplace on the Capitola Wharf. The project involves a public/private partnership where the selected proposer will enter into a long-term lease with the City and assume responsibility for project implementation.
