Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide annual inspections on 61 emergency generators located in various buildings on the ISU Campus for the Facilities Planning & Management (FP&M) Department. The scope includes full maintenance inspections, fuel and oil analysis, sparkplug inspection, coolant analysis, and corrective action reporting. Work is to be performed annually in July, with a contract term from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2031. Contractors must attend a pre-bid meeting and site visit, and submit all questions and bids through the ISUBid system.
