The solicitation is for the installation of a contractor-sized rooftop photovoltaic system with battery backup at the Mauna'ala Caretaker's House Roof Solar project located at the Royal Mausoleum State Monument in Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii. The scope includes furnishing and installing the solar panel system, HECO hookup, calculations, permits, fees, and other incidental work to provide a complete operational photovoltaic system. The photovoltaic system will become the property of the owner after installation, and all penetrations must be leak-free. Coordination with the original installer for warranty continuity is required.
