Description
The City of West Sacramento is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide professional design services for the Bryte Sewer Pump Station Rehabilitation Project. The project aims to rehabilitate the Bryte Sewer Pump Station to improve resiliency, efficiency, and maintenance, addressing capacity shortages identified in the City's 2024 Sewer Master Plan Update. Planned improvements include replacing pumps to increase capacity, converting to submersible pumps, upgrading equipment, improving hydraulic capacity, designing construction phasing and bypass pumping, assessing building conditions, upgrading flow measurement and monitoring, backup power systems, corrosion resistance, site security and lighting, electrical systems, and more. The project is funded through the Sewer Fund (CIP #33031) and requires coordination with various agencies and utilities.
