Sealed bids are requested for random employee drug testing services for Westmoreland County Prison, Juvenile and Adult Probation, Park Police, and Sheriff's Office. Bids must be submitted to the Office of the Westmoreland County Controller by 2:00 P.M. on June 9, 2026, and will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:15 P.M. on the same day. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids. Bidders must submit an original and two copies of the complete bid in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bid designation and bidder's information.
