Grande Yellowhead Public School Division is seeking qualified roofing contractors to replace approximately 38,200 square feet of existing 2-ply SBS modified bitumen roof at Jasper Jr/Sr High School in Jasper, Alberta. The project includes removing existing waterproofing membranes and flashings down to the cover board layer, then installing new cover board, cold applied base, cap SBS modified bitumen membranes, and flashings that comply with current standards and codes. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the re-roofing project, coordinating with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other trades. A 20-year manufacturer’s NDL full roof system warranty and a 2-year craftsmanship warranty are required. Mandatory site visit is scheduled for May 19, 2026, and proposals are due by May 22, 2026.
