Description
The selected consultant(s) shall provide comprehensive professional services to evaluate the City’s current and future Civic Center facility needs and develop a long-term strategic framework. The scope includes producing a data-driven analysis of existing conditions, future space requirements, financial implications, and a range of facility alternatives.
