Description
The Midland Independent School District is soliciting sealed proposals for Construction Management-At-Risk (CMAR) services for renovations to seven elementary schools and the Young Women's Leadership Academy (YWLA) as part of the 2023 Bond Program. The procurement will use the CMAR one-step process authorized by Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, Subchapter F. The estimated construction budget for the project is $25,138,190.00.
