The Government of Nunavut is seeking qualified firms to provide comprehensive wellness resources and labour relations services under a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA). - Government Buyer: - Government of Nunavut, Department of Transportation & Infrastructure Nunavut (on behalf of Department of Human Resources) - Procurement office located at the W. Brown Building, Iqaluit - Services Requested: - Workplace harassment investigations (sexual, prohibited grounds, personal) - Misconduct investigations (theft, fraud, policy breaches, ethics violations) - Workplace restoration (mediation, conflict coaching, facilitated dialogue, team reintegration, trust-building) - Workplace assessments (systemic issues, team dynamics, climate surveys, interviews, observations) - Ergonomic assessments (virtual and in-person reviews, workstation recommendations) - Training and capacity building (respectful workplace, harassment prevention, conflict resolution, mediation, investigations, psychological safety, cultural competency) - Notable Requirements: - Proponents must demonstrate at least 7 years of relevant experience - Compliance with Inuit employment and Nunavut business participation regulations (NNI) - Services may be requested by multiple departments and agencies as needed - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Place of performance is Nunavut, with contracting office in Iqaluit - Contract term is three years, with individual service requests specifying delivery schedules

Description

The Government of Nunavut is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for wellness resources and labour relations services. The scope includes workplace harassment investigations, misconduct investigations, workplace restoration, workplace assessments, mediation and conflict resolution, and training and capacity building. The successful proponents will provide technical advice and assistance to the Government of Nunavut and its agencies. Proposals must be submitted by June 8, 2026, at 17:00 ET.
