Description

The City of Cleveland is launching the REC-N-TEC pilot initiative to bridge the local digital divide through digital skills workforce development. This initiative will provide digital skills training and workforce development programs at Neighborhood Resource and Recreation Centers to support residents, especially vulnerable populations, in developing workplace-related digital skills. The RFP seeks qualified providers to offer Out of School Time opportunities for adolescents aged 14-17 and related programs for adults, focusing on digital literacy, workforce readiness, and career development. Providers must deliver evidence-based programs in at least three centers and align with the City's goals for economic mobility and digital inclusion.
