Description

Bryan Independent School District (Bryan ISD) is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified and interested vendors to perform Kitchen Hood Fire Suppression System Inspections districtwide. The contract term is from June 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, with two one-year options to renew if agreed upon by both parties. The awarded vendor will perform inspections in accordance with HFPA standards and State of Texas requirements, provide inspection reports and certificates, and coordinate with School Nutrition Services. Work is to be performed during normal working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
