The South Central Transit Authority (SCTA) is seeking proposals for the purchase and implementation of Microtransit Software and scheduling for three pilot zones in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The successful proposer will provide training and support for the software. Proposals are to be submitted electronically via PennBid by June 18, 2026.
