The City of Casa Grande is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for professional engineering and surveying services for roadway improvements along McCartney Road from Trekell Road to I-10. The selected consultant will be responsible for final design tasks including preparation of construction plans, special provisions, quantity computations, cost estimates, and utility stakeholder coordination.
