Description

This solicitation is for the construction of the North Chattahoochee Interceptor Improvements Phase 2 project. The work includes installation of approximately 6,800 feet of 54-inch diameter ductile iron pipe gravity sewer, installation of 18 precast concrete manholes, abandonment of existing 30-inch and 36-inch reinforced concrete pipe sewer and associated manholes, bypass pumping of existing sewer flows, connection to the existing sewer, multiple stream crossings, erosion and sediment control measures, site restoration, and preparation of as-built drawings with GIS data. The project is to be substantially complete within 390 days from the contract start date. Bids must be submitted by prequalified contractors only, and the bid opening will be conducted virtually on May 15, 2026.
