The City of Surrey is developing a comprehensive Public Safety Strategy to be delivered in 2027, aimed at enhancing safety, well-being, and resilience across the community. The strategy will align city services, community partnerships, and evidence-based approaches, building on prior city plans and frameworks. The city seeks a qualified engagement lead to design and deliver inclusive and representative engagement activities with residents, Indigenous partners, city staff, external agencies, and community stakeholders. The consultant will develop a Partner and Stakeholder Engagement Plan, facilitate engagement activities including public consultation, and deliver a comprehensive Engagement Findings Report to inform the final strategy.
