Newfoundland and Labrador Health Services (NLHS) is seeking to pre-qualify landlords and property managers to provide fully furnished leased residential housing for health care professionals across all NLHS zones. - Government Buyer: - Newfoundland and Labrador Health Services (NLHS) - Products/Services Requested: - Leased residential housing units (studio, efficiency, 1-bedroom, 2+ bedroom apartments, townhomes, condos, family homes) - Units must be fully furnished and equipped per detailed inventory (see Appendix A) - Includes new or like-new furniture, appliances (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer), kitchenware, linens (minimum thread count and GSM), blackout curtains, and household essentials - Specific requirements for mattress quality (innerspring, minimum 600 pocketed coils), cookware (18/10 stainless steel), and other amenities - All utilities, maintenance, and cleaning services (between stays and interval cleaning for long-term stays) must be included - Properties must be within a 15-minute drive of an NLHS facility - Compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act 2018 is mandatory - House civic address must be clearly visible; exterior lighting and rodent-proof garbage bins required - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Detailed, itemized inventory for each unit, specifying quality, material, and quantity for all furnishings and household goods - Prequalification is for a vendor pool; only prequalified vendors will be eligible for future contract awards - Vendor pool will be maintained until October 2026, with rolling biweekly reviews of submissions - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named, as this is a prequalification for property owners and managers

NL Health Services (NLHS) is seeking to pre-qualify vendors to participate in future processes for obtaining leased residential housing to meet immediate and future needs across all Health Zones in Newfoundland and Labrador. This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) will establish a vendor pool from which preferred bidders will be selected for contract negotiations. The housing must comply with the Residential Tenancies Act 2018 and meet detailed specifications including furnished units with specific furniture, appliances, and amenities. The vendor pool will be available until October 2026, and submissions will be accepted and reviewed biweekly until July 30, 2026.
