Description

The Wayne County Airport Authority is soliciting bids from general contractors, construction managers, and other businesses to construct a new roadway connector ramp between northbound Rogell Drive and southbound Dingell Drive at Detroit Metro Airport. The project scope includes Mechanically Stabilized Earth Wall, embankment, new concrete pavement roadway, patching and rehabilitation of existing concrete roadway, traffic signals, street lighting, wayfinding signage, decorative fence, barrier wall, water main relocation, storm sewer construction, CIPP sewer lining, parking lot modifications, and restoration activities. Additionally, the project involves replacement of bridge approach slabs, bridge joint replacement, and miscellaneous structure repairs to the existing Southbound Dingell Drive Bridge over Rogell Drive.
