The County of Rockland Department of General Services, Facilities Management Division, is seeking proposals for the emergency replacement of an obsolete Gasboy TopKat fueling management software system that controls and monitors two fuel dispensing pumps located at the Dr. Robert L. Yeager Health Center, Building E, Pomona, NY and one fuel dispensing pump located in 55 New Hempstead Rd, New City, NY. There are two additional fuel dispensing pumps in New City that will be replaced at a later date. The contract term is from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, with four one-year options.
