Description

Dallas County is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide Quality Engineering (QE) managed services to support the County’s Information Technology (IT) Department. The selected vendor will partner with Dallas County IT to establish and operate a modern Quality Engineering practice, including strategy and governance, testing frameworks and standards, test automation implementation, continuous testing integration, managed testing services for application development and system implementations, and creating and managing secure, realistic data sets for automated testing. The vendor will provide resources, tools, processes, and expertise necessary to support the County’s software development and technology implementation initiatives, aiming to increase automation coverage and improve the reliability of IT applications both on-premises and in the cloud. The contract duration is 5 years with an option for a one-year renewal.
