Description

This project involves the supply, delivery, modification, installation, and commissioning of a self contained generator building at the Pinkut Creek Spawning Channel near Burns Lake, British Columbia. The work consists of converting a 20-foot transportable enclosure into a weather tight generator building to support on site power generation. It includes structural and building envelope modifications, installation of a skid mounted diesel generator and fuel storage tank, mechanical, HVAC, and electrical systems installation, and testing and commissioning of all equipment. The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, installation, and coordination necessary to complete the work according to applicable codes and project drawings. Foundation construction and external electrical integration are excluded from this scope.
