Sealed tenders are invited for street upgrades including supply and installation of approximately 300 square metres of concrete sidewalk, 475 metres of concrete curb and gutter, 45 metres of storm sewer, associated appurtenances, and reinstatement of roadway, driveways, landscaping and base asphalt concrete. Tenders must be received at the Woodstock Town Hall by 3:00 PM local time on May 28, 2026. A Bid Bond or certified cheque of 10% of the Bid Price (including HST) must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will need to provide a Performance Bond and Labour and Materials Payment Bond as per the Bid Documents.
