The Municipality of the County of Victoria is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a comprehensive performance evaluation of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). The procurement is administered in accordance with the Municipality's policies. The successful proponent will also develop and recommend a formal, structured performance appraisal process and supporting tools for ongoing use by Council in future evaluation cycles.
