The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, through NLSchools, is seeking a standing offer for the supply and delivery of student agendas to over 250 public schools across the province. - Government Buyer: - Public Procurement Agency, NLSchools branch, Department of Education and Early Childhood Development - Products Requested: - Student agendas in two sizes: 8x10 inches and 5x8 inches - Estimated quantities: 9,310 (Primary, 8x10), 8,740 (Elementary, 8x10), 155 (Middle, 8x10), 625 (Middle, 5x8), 540 (High School, 5x8) - Technical requirements: - Coil binding, minimum 116 pages - Month-at-a-glance calendar - Clear vinyl communicator pouch, ruler attachment, reference section - Bilingual (English and French) - 'Today page finder', full-color weekly spreads with positive messages - Durable plastic cover with school logo - All paper and wood-fiber components must be FSC, SFI, or equivalent certified - Delivery & Performance: - Delivery required to all NLSchools facilities listed in the school directory (Annex A) - FOB destination, all costs included, no backorders - Strict packaging and invoicing protocols - Timely delivery required by the last Monday in August each year - Contract Details: - One-year contract with an option for an additional year (maximum two years) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or brands named; open to all qualified suppliers meeting requirements - Unique Requirements: - Emphasis on sustainable materials (FSC/SFI certification) - Customization with school logos and bilingual content

This Request for Quotations is an invitation by the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador to prospective respondents to submit Quotations for the Supply and Delivery of Student Agendas, on a standing offer basis. The procurement covers multiple locations within Newfoundland and Labrador including Avalon Peninsula, South Coast-Burin Peninsula, West Coast-Northern Peninsula-Labrador, and Notre Dame-Central Bonavista Bay. The contract duration is one year with an option for an additional year.
