Description

The City of Bristol, Connecticut is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the complete replacement of its existing Cisco Unified Communications Manager telephone system with a Fortinet FortiVoice (or equivalent) unified communications solution. The new system will serve both City government and Bristol Board of Education locations under a single, unified communications platform. The selected firm will furnish, configure, install, integrate, test, and provide knowledge transfer for all components of the new system, coordinating the migration with minimal disruption. The project includes centralized administration, high availability, and integration with existing SIP trunks and paging infrastructure.
