Description

The State of Colorado, through the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) and its affiliated Enterprises, is soliciting proposals for Financial Advisory Services from firms acting as Independent Registered Municipal Advisers (IRMA). The contractor will provide expert financial advisory support on an as-needed basis to manage transportation-related financial programs, debt issuances, debt portfolios, and infrastructure investments. The services include developing and evaluating financing concepts, managing debt portfolios, advising on debt sales, and supporting legislative analysis. The contract term is anticipated to begin on September 1, 2026, with an initial term of one year and options to renew for up to four additional years.
