Description
The City of Rochester intends to establish a contract with one or more qualified Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning contractors to provide furnace repair or replacement services to privately-owned residential properties approved by the City. The contract will comply with the City's Minority and Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) participation goals and workforce participation requirements as established by Ordinance No. 2018-54. The contract term is one year with an option to extend. Bidders must submit sealed physical bids by May 20, 2026, and electronic bids will not be accepted.
