Description

The County of Rockland, on behalf of the Empire State Cooperative Procurement Alliance (ESCPA), is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional auction services for the sale and disposal of surplus municipal personal property, equipment, and vehicles. The contract will be available for use by the County of Rockland and other authorized entities throughout New York State. This solicitation excludes real estate auction services, which may be solicited separately. The contract duration is three years with two additional one-year options and is a piggyback contract.
