The Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Human Foods Program (HFP) intends to award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract for the purchase of one (1) Quadrupole-Orbitrap Hybrid Mass Spectrometer in support of qualitative and quantitative proteomic research methods. This acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Business.
