The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Philadelphia Division, under the Department of the Navy (NAVSEA), is soliciting quotes for commercial display technology to support its operations. - Government Buyer: - Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWC Philadelphia), part of NAVSEA - OEMs and Vendors: - Planar Systems (OEM/manufacturer) - Only authorized Planar Systems resellers may submit quotes; an authorized reseller letter is required - Products/Services Requested: - Two (2) Planar Systems UltraRes X Series 85-inch UHD 4K HDR Commercial Monitors - Part Number: URX85-ERO - Must include wall mount brackets - Brand name only; no equivalents or substitutes accepted - Must comply with DFARS item identification and Section 508 accessibility standards - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Brand name only (Planar Systems); no substitutions allowed - Small business set-aside - Pricing must include shipping to NSWC Philadelphia - Quotes must be accompanied by a published price list or past invoices for similar items - Delivery required to NSWC Philadelphia Division, 1601 Langley Ave, Philadelphia, PA - Compliance with NAVSEA-specific clauses and federal accessibility standards

Description

NSWCPD has a requirement to purchase (2)Planar Systems UltraRes X Series 85inch UHD 4K HDR Commercial Monitors on a small business set aside basis. This is a brand name requirement. The brand is Planar Systems and no other equivalents will be accepted. 

Please see the specs sheet that has been attached. 

Please see the RFQ for more details. All part numbers are provided in the description section of each line. All quotes must have all items referrenced in section B. If the quote does not provide what is being asked for in the RFQ, your quote will be disqualified.   

If your quote does not match the Line item description in the RFQ,  your quote will not be considered or accepted. 

Authorized reseller letter is required

MUST BE AUTHORIZED RESELLER. DO NOT QUOTE IF YOU AREN"T. If you are not an authorized reseller your quote will not be accepted. .

All pricing should include the cost of shipping, as this order will be FFP utilizing FAR part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Please include with your Quotation at least one of the following:

-Published Price List -Past Navy Invoices with the Same or similar Items -Past Industry Invoices with the same or Similar Items

All responses are due by Wednesday May 12th, 2026 3:00 PM EST
