Description
This project consists of demolition and construct/renovate the Fuel Laboratory Facility 9647 (CLIN 0001). The existing structure is in relatively good condition, therefore the building will be completely renovated. Environmental considerations of this project includes demolition with hazardous building materials survey and abatement. Prevent environmental pollution and damage that may occur as a result of construction operations. The environmental resources within the project boundaries and those affected outside the limits of permanent work must be protected during the entire duration of this contract.
