The Military Sealift Command (MSC) Strategic Sealift Program Office is seeking information from potential providers for a 90-day dry cargo time charter to support military logistics: - Government Buyer: - Military Sealift Command (MSC), Strategic Sealift Program Office (N103A), Department of the Navy, Department of Defense - Services Requested: - 90-day time charter of roll-on/roll-off (Ro-Ro) cargo vessels - Vessels must be capable of transporting military cargo, including: - CH47 helicopter - Recovery vehicle - Abrams tank - Tracked and wheeled vehicles - Breakbulk cargo - Charter includes two 90-day option periods for potential extension - Delivery and redelivery ports: Corpus Christi, Texas - Providers must supply vessel specifications, daily charter rates, fuel consumption, deck space, and business size information - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Both U.S. and foreign flag vessels are eligible - Vessels must be roll-on/roll-off type and meet military cargo transport needs - No specific OEMs or vessel manufacturers are named; open to all qualified vessel owners/operators - No specific products, part numbers, or OEMs are identified in the notice
