Navy Personnel Travel Administration Support Services for Atlantic Fleet

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk is seeking contractor support for personnel travel administration for the Commander, Naval Surface Force, Atlantic Fleet. - Scope of Work: - Technical, analytical, training, and travel program support services - Administration and oversight of personnel travel arrangements, including travel authorization and voucher processing using the Defense Travel System (DTS) - Monitoring travel vouchers and providing subject matter expertise - Ensuring proper reservation and funding of travel for Navy personnel - Contract Structure: - Firm-fixed-price contract - Base year plus four 12-month option years and a final 6-month option period - Requires 4 full-time equivalents (FTEs) in Norfolk, VA and 2 FTEs in Mayport, FL - Eligibility and Requirements: - Restricted to SeaPort NXG Multiple Award Contract (MAC) holders - Set aside for Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) - Contractor personnel must have Secret clearance and comply with security and privacy regulations - Compliance with FAR Clause 52.223-3 (Material Safety Data Sheets) required for offer submissions - Locations: - Primary performance at 1751 Morris St. Bldg. This opportunity is for SEAPORT NXG MAC HOLDERS ONLY and is a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) SET-ASIDE. No other offers will be considered. SeaPort contract holders will need to register for PIEE accounts in order to receive solicitations and submit proposals/offers. Commander, Naval Surface Forces, Atlantic Fleet Directorate requires technical, analytical, training and travel program support services as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) to ensure traveler arrangements have been properly reserved and/or funded to accomplish their mission.
