Description

This justification approves a total shared capacity increase for the Utility Monitoring and Controls System (UMCS) V Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) from $2,100,000,000 to $2,591,395, 960. The following vendors' contracts were modified to incorporate the additional capacity:
