The Department of Veterans Affairs Strategic Acquisition Center (Frederick) is seeking a contractor to furnish and install commercial-grade dual-reflective window tint at the VA Financial Services Center in Austin, TX. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, Strategic Acquisition Center - Frederick, Contracting Office - Products/Services Requested: - Furnish and install commercial-grade dual-reflective window tint on approximately 216 windowpanes (covering about 2,334 square feet) across three building zones - Window tint must meet the following performance criteria: - Minimum 70% solar heat rejection - 99% UV rejection - 70% glare reduction - 10%-20% visible light transmission - 25% interior reflectivity, 40% exterior reflectivity - NFRC certification and ANSI compliance - Minimum 10-year manufacturer warranty - Contractor must provide all labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All work must be completed within 90 calendar days of contract award - Contractor must submit an installation schedule within 10 business days of award for government approval - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers are specified; the focus is on meeting the stated performance and warranty requirements - Place of Performance: - VA Financial Services Center, 8000 Metropolis Dr., Bldg. Description

This is a non-personal services contract to procure and install window tint material at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) facility located at 8000 Metropolis Dr., Bldg. B, Austin, TX 78744 (hereinafter referred to as the "VA Facility").

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and nonpersonal services necessary to furnish and install commercial-grade dual-reflective window tint at the above-referenced VA facility, as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), except for those items specified as Government-furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards set forth in this contract.
