This opportunity is for the provision of specialized Air Domain Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support NATO's Integrated Air Command and Control (IAC2) operations at the Joint Force Training Centre (JFTC) in Bydgoszcz, Poland. - Contract Type & Scope: - Indefinite Delivery – Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Commercial Personnel Services Contract - Base period from contract signature to 31 December 2026, with four optional one-year extensions - Task orders specify periods of performance; surge support may be requested - Required SME Roles (up to 35 man-days per role per 18-month exercise cycle): - Air Current Operations SME - Air Defensive Operations SME - Air Offensive Operations SME - Airspace Management SME - Ground-Based Air Defense SME - Air Intelligence SME - Integrated Command and Control Database Manager - Key Requirements: - Recent NATO operational experience (2023-2026) in relevant roles - English proficiency per NATO STANAG 6001 - Support for NATO exercises such as NOBLE JOLT and LOYAL LEDA - No Declaration of Eligibility required to bid - All details and requirements are in the RFP attachments - Place of performance is the NATO JFTC in Bydgoszcz, Poland

Description

The NATO Joint Force Training Center (JFTC) in Bydgoszcz, Poland has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the provision of specialized air domain Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for Integrated Air Command and Control (IAC2) support. The result of this bidding will be an Indefinite Delivery – Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Commercial Personnel Services Contract in accordance with the JFTC Special Terms and Conditions for Short Term Operational Personnel Services Contracts in Support of Training Events.

The reference for the RFP is RFP-ACT-JFTC-04-26 and all correspondence regarding the RFP should include that reference.  

Bids shall be received at the JFTC Contracting Office, no later than 15 June 2026, 13:00 hours, Central European Time. No bids shall be accepted after this time and date.
