The Defense Health Agency (DHA), through the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, VA, is seeking to procure a Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) system for clinical use. - Government Buyer: - Defense Health Agency (DHA), HCD Southeast, Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, VA - OEMs and Vendors: - MagVenture (OEM of the requested TMS system) - Products/Services Requested: - MagVenture TMS Therapy System - Quantity: 1 unit - Technical requirements: Must support intermittent Theta Burst Stimulation (iTBS) and deep TMS (dTMS), programmable pulse shape, active coil cooling, and compatibility with specialized coil geometries - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Brand name or equal solicitation: Accepts equivalent systems meeting all salient characteristics - Delivery required to Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, VA - Compliance with HIPAA privacy rules - Contractor personnel must obtain DoD Common Access Cards and pass background investigations for access to federal facilities and IT systems - Proof of prior sales and current SAM registration required - Place of Performance/Delivery: - Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, 54 Lewis Minor Street, Bldg 250, Portsmouth, VA 23708-2297

Scope: Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) system

All interested vendors, for your bid to be considered submit a quote of your product with descriptions and or item part numbers for evaluation, along with an up-to-date SAMs registration. All interested vendors who submit a bid to the contact listed in this posting for your bid to be considered.  It is not the responsibility of the Contract Specialist to follow up with what the vendor is missing upon submission. All interested vendors upon submission of an offer, invoices of at least 2 are required from either private or public institutions of these products. Refer to the Description/ Specifications/ Statement of work page for product information and salient characteristics of this RFQ for details concerning base access and requirements needed to fulfill solicitation. Only offers for ALL requirements will be considered.

 All responses must be received by May. 8th at 10:00 AM eastern standard time.
